The Restigouche Tigers is entering its_11years of operation
in the community of Campbellton NB. In_1996,there was a local movement to start with the goal of bringing junior Hockey to Campbellton. This small group of volunteers was able to obtain sufficient backing and sponsorship and enter a team in the MJAHL season_1996-1997as THE RIVER RATS.
Since the __2002____season the Rats have change their names to The Restigouche Tigers.The organization has been the measuring stick to which all other Junior Team in the province are trying to match.In__11__years there have been__5__coaches and __3___president that have organized a group of volunteers in making up the club excutive with sucess.2 League Championship and 1 Meek division champion
